Body Transformer

Coach Sy

Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, played Division 1 basketball which led me to play pro overseas basketball in 4 different countries. After finishing my basketball career I started personal training where I being to help clients get to their life body goals for over 7 years. Now I am the Head Coach and owner of Ambition Fitness. My purpose and passion is to transform your body and mindset.

Virtual Trainer

Coach Mo

After earning my Bachelor in Labor Studies from Rutger, I entered the Professional Basketball world to explore my passion for basketball, travel, and diversity. Currently, I work as a Certified trainer for Ambition Fitness where I’m focused on Fitness, Health, and Nutrition.

I’ve spent the last 2 years learning everything there is to know about the Fitness industry – from Body Positivity to BMI charts. I’m currently applying this knowledge in my role as Certified Trainer for Ambition Fitness where I’m responsible for virtual training, nutrition recommendations, and alternative cardio and strength training.
